Brand Experience & Environmental Graphics Lead / Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial design professional to help expand our environmental and branding design services. You’ll collaborate closely with our signage and wayfinding team to deliver holistic design experiences that express identity, enhance space, and strengthen brand presence within the built environment.
This role is ideal for someone who combines creative insight, strategic thinking, and an understanding of client vision – a designer who can connect brand storytelling with place-making, while contributing to the continued growth of our design practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate client brand strategies and positioning into compelling visual and experiential design concepts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive integration of brand strategy through environmental design and immersive brand experiences.
- Develop brand design systems that extend beyond signage, including environmental graphics, identity expressions, and digital touchpoints.
- Contribute to pitches, proposals, and presentations, showcasing strong design thinking and storytelling skills.
- Engage with clients and partners to understand brand narratives and translate them into spatial experiences.
- Lead and support the full creative process from concept to execution, including reviews, presentations, and final deliverables.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in branding, environmental graphics, or wayfinding design, or related field.
- Proven design capability with a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and visual excellence.
- Experience in creating branded UI/UX assets and multimedia content that extend brand identity across digital touchpoints is a plus.
- Experience in client engagement and relationship development, with the ability to identify new opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
