CAN is proud to announce that Everbright Zhongguancun Retail Park has won the REARD Global Real Estate Design Honor Award in the Urban Renewal & Industrial Park category.

The renovation work aims to transform the isolated site into a park-style commercial complex, creating a sacred landmark that incorporates art, culture, technology, and design that meets the needs of the new generation. CAN is delivering the masterplan and architectural design for the development.
