CAN Supports the 26th CUHK Master of Architecture Graduation Show 2022

CAN is delighted to sponsor this year’s CUHK Architecture Graduation Show. CAN’s Managing Director Stephen Chow and Divisional Director Stephen Ip were invited to attend the Opening Ceremony on 10 June 2022 at Hong Kong Arts Centre.
The 26th CUHK Master of Architecture Year Show is held from 10 June to 15 June 2022 (phase 1) at Pao Galleries, Hong Kong Arts Center, and from 20 June to 30 June (phase 2) at Lee Shau Kee Architecture Building at CUHK, celebrating, and exhibiting the outstanding works of the graduates. CAN is pleased to support the young generation in different ways.
The theme of this year’s Graduation Show is “Atlas”, showcasing sixty-eight architectural proposals. Atlas is taken as a metaphor that the architectural proposals incorporate imaginary ideas with realistic societal conditions, also comprise a symbolic system in which thoughts are delivered through rigid boundaries and annotations, as it always involves the process of defining and interpreting in the midst of creations. Students reimagine the built and natural environment from humanistic and localised perspectives, reflecting on the relationship between architecture and society.
