Responsibilities:
• Lead a design team effectively and proactively under the guidance of the Director, and coordinate with the team to deliver high-quality and innovative design solutions; develop and maintain strong relationship with client.
• Report to the Director on a regular basis regarding drawing design development issues, design queries, and design coordination issues. Responsible for the whole process of project management, including schedule, quality control, project resources coordination, technical problem solving, etc.
• Responsible for business development and customer relationship management, lead project report meetings, design team meetings, etc., develop structured and engaging presentations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above in Architecture, Interior Design or other related discipline;
• Previously worked for international practices on high-profile projects
• Min. 10 years of experience in commercial, retail, mixed-use developments, and project management
• Strong leadership, organized, detailed-minded and energetic
• Comfortable with hands-on design leadership
• A good team player, detailed-minded, energetic, creative with a proactive attitude
• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail
• A clear communicator – expresses ideas clearly and collaborates closely with team members
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities:
• Supervise the concept design, schematic design, detail design, tender documentation, and construction documents and deliver high-quality designs and drawings.
• Assist project leader and responsible for project management, demonstrate sound leadership skill in team management and ensure the project/design quality scheduling and execution

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above in Architecture or other related discipline;
• Previously worked for international practices on high-profile projects
• Min. 3 years of experience in commercial, retail, mixed-use developments, project management experience is a plus
• A good team player, detailed-minded, energetic, creative with a proactive attitude
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp or an alternative 3D software
• Open-minded, resilient, and willing to learn
• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail
• A clear communicator – expresses ideas clearly and collaborates closely with team members
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese

Architectural Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Assist in project design, contribute and cultivate design ideas/concepts, and deliver high-quality designs and drawings.
• Clearly represent and explain ideas through visualization (diagrams, models, sketches, drawings, renderings) and clearly communicate with Project Leaders and team members

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above in Architecture or other related discipline;
• Excellent design ability; Good 3D modelling presentation and rendering skills
• A good team player, detailed-minded, energetic, creative with a proactive attitude
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp or an alternative 3D software
