Degree holder or above, major in Business Administration or related discipline At least 2 years of related administration working experience, fresh graduate are welcome.Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of supervisor or manager
Analytical, fast-learner, proactive and self-motivated with strong numerical sense and logical thinking;
Good inter-personal communication skill and time-management;
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
Independent, able to work under pressure and meet deadline with high accuracy;
A good command of both Chinese and English Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint;
Smart and strong problem solving skills, eager to learn, a positive “can do” attitude, detail-minded
What will you be doing?
All-round office administration management including but not limit to ensure workplace health and safety, order office supplies and inventory control, handle courier services, liaise with external parties etc.
Perform reception duties
Work closely with colleagues across different departments to ensure smooth operation
One of the personal assistants for Managing Director.
Occasional outdoors duties including documents collection, cheques bank-in etc. Perform any ad-hoc projects as assigned.
