Who are we looking for?

  • Degree holder or above, major in Business Administration or related discipline At least 2 years of related administration working experience, fresh graduate are welcome.Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of supervisor or manager
  • Analytical, fast-learner, proactive and self-motivated with strong numerical sense and logical thinking;
  • Good inter-personal communication skill and time-management;
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
  • Independent, able to work under pressure and meet deadline with high accuracy;
  • A good command of both Chinese and English Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Smart and strong problem solving skills, eager to learn, a positive “can do” attitude, detail-minded
What will you be doing?

  • All-round office administration management including but not limit to ensure workplace health and safety, order office supplies and inventory control, handle courier services, liaise with external parties etc.
  • Perform reception duties
  • Work closely with colleagues across different departments to ensure smooth operation
  • One of the personal assistants for Managing Director.
  • Occasional outdoors duties including documents collection, cheques bank-in etc. Perform any ad-hoc projects as assigned.
