Architect / Architectural Designer
Hong Kong / Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
- Architect / Architectural Designer (Full-time/part-time)- Hong Kong / (Full Time) Shenzhen
- Provide innovative ideas, develop scheme with guidance from project leader and deliver high-quality designs and drawings.
- Assist project leader and responsible for project management, demonstrate sound leadership skill in team management and ensure the project/design quality scheduling and execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture or other related discipline.
- Previously worked for international practices on high-profile projects
- Min. 3 years of experience in commercial, retail, mixed-use developments, project management experience is a plus.
- A good team player, detailed-minded, energetic, creative with a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp or an alternative 3D software
- Open-minded, resilient, and willing to learn.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail
- A clear communicator – expresses ideas clearly and collaborates closely with team members.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
