Business Development Manager / Representative

Who are we looking for?
  • At least 7 years of relevant working experience (experience in design firms is preferred)
  • Resourceful in local client database and strong business connections to generate business opportunities
  • Strong business sense and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
What will you be doing?
  • Report to Director – Business Development
  • Identify local projects for Architectural, Interiors, Signage or Urban Design related work scopes and new business development opportunities where applicable
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective clients to set up meetings
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with local partners, potential and existing clients
  • Prepare bidding fee proposals and negotiation
  • Track submitted proposals and provide feedback to management
  • Handle contract quotation and follow-up
