At least 7 years of relevant working experience (experience in design firms is preferred)
Resourceful in local client database and strong business connections to generate business opportunities
Strong business sense and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
What will you be doing?
Report to Director – Business Development
Identify local projects for Architectural, Interiors, Signage or Urban Design related work scopes and new business development opportunities where applicable
Generate leads and cold call prospective clients to set up meetings
Develop and maintain good relationship with local partners, potential and existing clients
Prepare bidding fee proposals and negotiation
Track submitted proposals and provide feedback to management
Handle contract quotation and follow-up
