Responsibilites

  • Handle reception, incoming calls & staff enquiries;

  • Managing office operations, including correspondence, phone calls, scheduling, data entry and order tracking;

  • Monitoring and communicating with internal and external parties for providing repair and maintenance services;

  • Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company

  • Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data

  • Assist in planning and coordinating travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and event/meeting setups.

  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures

  • Compiling different administrative reports for management review;

  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Skills & Experience Required

  • Diploma holder in Business, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines

  • 1- 3 years related working experience in Design firm will be an advantage

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Drive applications.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Outgoing, positive attitude with a strong sense of professionalism and teamwork.
