Who are we looking for?
- 8+ years of experience, preferably with shopping mall / retail experience in Hong Kong and China
- Degree holder in architectural studies / interior design or related disciplines
- Strong design portfolio especially in commercial projects
- Proficient in design, administration, and detailing
- Strong experience in technical coordination and drawing production.
- Proven English and Chinese proficiency, including Putonghua
What will you be doing?
- Coordinate drawing package production, monitor construction progress and condition.
- Provide technical support to the design team base on the design intent, client’s requirement, local regulations.
- Support the design team from SD stages onwards, manage production team (on DD / post DD stages of the project effectively and in a timely manner.
- External consultant coordination with architecture, MEP, structure, etc.
- Support design team and client with any issues related to design and make recommendations for adjustments for viable solution to problems.
- Site supervision and inspection, preferably with construction contract administration experience.
