Architectural Assistant / (Senior) Architectural Designer

Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor degree or above in Architecture or other related discipline;
- Previously worked for international practices on high-profile project
- Min. 3 years of experience in commercial, retail, mixed-use developments, project management experience is a plus
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
- A good team player, detailed-minded, energetic, creative with a proactive attitude
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp or an alternative 3D software
- Open-minded, resilient, and willing to learn
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail
- A clear communicator – expresses ideas clearly and collaborates closely with team members
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
What will you be doing?
- Assist in the concept design, schematic design, detail design, tender documentation, and construction documents and deliver high-quality designs and drawings
- Assist project leader and responsible for project management, demonstrate sound leadership skill in team management and ensure the project/design quality scheduling and execution
