The Lize City Terminal Complex MLP competition scheme includes 8 plots, comprising office, hotel, apartment, and commercial retail. The design is set to create a world-class TOD destination in the heart of Beijing CBD. The concept of “AO City” represents Alpha to Omega, the beginning, and a fulfilling journey. Inspired by the structure of the ancient Beijing city, the design features the linear central axis to create a seamless connection to the 4-core zones, responding to both the surrounding environment and local culture to create a multi-level green corridor.

Our proposal was designed to be a comprehensive transportation hub to connect the Lize Financial District and allow passengers to interchange between five different rail transit lines. The design is set to create a world-class TOD destination in the heart of Beijing CBD.
