CAN 董事吴婷茵: 给年轻自己的一封信18 March 2022 CAN 董事吴婷茵 (Ada Ng) 毕业于香港大学建筑系，其后继续前赴英国进修舞台设计。从事几年舞台设计后，Ada 在国际知名商业设计事务所专注大型商业及公共空间设计。现时作为CAN董事，Ada带领着日益扩大的室内设计团队打造创新的方案。她是国际化实践的设计师，她的设计实现了不同设计领域的融合和转换。Ada着重设计细节，在艺术与商业、展示与体验之间取得完美平衡，打破室内与室外的界限。 适逢女神节，Ada与我们分享了她写给年轻自己的一封信，鼓励大家保持好奇心、以积极的态度去探索冒险。作为两个孩子的母亲，除了平衡事业和家庭之外，她亦分享成长过程中的挑战及勉励。信中内容如下： Hello 亲爱的, 你可能正在寻找人生的方向，别忘了，一切的体验都是成长的过程。好的当回忆，坏的当经历。我亦相信你有足够的力量去应付一切起伏。当你处在人生十字路口感到犹豫时，我希望你知道： 大胆追梦 当你取得建筑学学士后，你选择了到英国进修舞台设计，这经验令你能通过新的视野来看待设计师的角色。或许你不太明白为什么自己一直如此钟情于建筑和设计，也没有问过自己这个问题。但谨记，不要为任何决定后悔。无论你去那里，它都会成为你生命的一个片段。学会拥抱变化并对新事物敞开心扉，这些都是成长的过程之一。只有这样相信，你才能够一往无前、始终勇敢地往前走，而生活也会不断给你新的馈赠。 天色不会常蓝，生活有时并不容易。但如果我告诉你，你一直以来付出的努力都会给你带来机会，让你做你一直梦想做的事呢？如果我告诉你，有一天，你将在公司的发展中担当重要角色，并为建筑环境交付独特非凡的设计呢？ 隨心而行 有时候计划赶不上变化，但别忘了给自己喘息的时间并坚持下去。另外，亦别忘了要忠于自己，在倾听自己内心真正的声音的同时，亦要勇于发声，要相信你的意见会产生影响，即使当下未能得到即时的回应。不管别人告诉你什么，请记得要全心全意地追求你感到生命熱情的事物，专注于做出你认为最好的决定，而不是为了追逐他人或社會眼光中的自己而取悦别人，勇敢地去追随自己的心灵和直觉，它们总会莫名其妙知道你真正想要成为的是什么。 谦逊尊重 正如你从小就知道，要时刻保持谦卑，以礼待人。练习倾听不同背景的人的意见和考虑不同的观点以解决问题，欣赏别人的专长，吸取经验。个人与团队是一个相辅相成的关系，团队协作的力量往往超乎想象，可以产生个人无法实现的成果。珍惜团队内的多元化声音，并确保不同资历的团队成员有机会参与对话。多元化可以使团队更强大，当人们感到被包容和被重视时，他们才有最大的工作热情。 对于这令人期待的成长旅程：学会感恩生命中所有的遇见，尽情享受每一天，并放慢脚步享受生活的美好。我期待十年二十年之后再给你来信。 祝好。 相关动态
