CAN 荣获第六届REARD全球地产设计大奖30 November 2021 CAN 欣然宣布中关村广场城市更新项目荣获第六届REARD全球地产设计大奖暨第三届REARD城市更新设计奖，赢得地更产城类荣誉奖。云颁奖典礼刚于上周举行并揭晓最终获奖名单。 本届大奖逾460家中外设计机构及开发商参与申报，共收到超过1500份申报作品参赛，最终角逐七大类别和专业奖项。CAN 在激烈的竞赛中脱颖而出，获得殊荣。 REARD 全球地产设计大奖始创于2015年，致力于推动地产设计不断创新的设计类专业奖项，迅速成为寻找中国优秀设计的耀眼之星。除了传统类别以外，不断深入城市设计、地产设计、公共空间、艺术设计等更多领域；这些奖项的设立是对未来城市发展新动向的尝试，是对设计专项领域的提升，更是对未来自身可能性的不断探索。 有关中关村广场城市更新项目： 中关村广场始建于2000年，并于2006年正式开始营业，为中国最大的地下购物中心。随着周边新型商业综合体的涌现及城市更新的趋势，中关村片区正向优质科创企业聚集地转型的关键时期，中关村广场也面临着需要重新思考未来发展方向的关键时刻。 CAN充分理解了业主对于打造未来新复合商业中心和前沿体验式消费的决心，提出打破传统商业相对封闭管理运营模式，淡化商业界面带来的冷酷感，充分利用中关村广场公园这一片 “城市绿肺” ，将商业体向城市界面打开，创建一个以城市公园为载体、建筑语言充满现代科技感，并能够贴近未来消费者和市民全时段生活方式的公园式综合体。 设计以“地下空间地面化”的理念为核心，通过减量的手法，把地下的空间全面打开，形成“公园+商业”的形态，访客从地铁走在其中，将浸沉在一个城市公园之中。设计在重要节点利用一系列下沉广场，使得每一个空间都有自然光，室内设计结合中关村的领先科技云集的属性，添加更多创新元素，带给大家放松的心情。体验设计优先考虑人与建筑环境的互动，让公园自然渗透到地面，人自然流通到公园各空间，进一步结合项目整体的创新定位。 CAN提出一个透明、多层次与互动的新颖设计，为项目添加创新场景与体验价值。设计将重新突显中关村作为中国硅谷的美誉，将中关村广场打造成一个集“科技”、“人文”和“绿色”于一体的城市目的地。 点击“阅读原文”了解更多REARD大奖详情及其他获奖信息。 相关动态
